Looking ahead to the next 5 to 10 years, our vision is to expand our impact by revitalizing at least 75 residential units, supporting the launch of 10 new local businesses, and developing sustainable community spaces in partnership with neighborhood organizations. By setting measurable milestones and remaining committed to collaboration, we are charting a clear path toward enduring, positive transformation in the communities we serve.

For instance, our recent rehabilitation efforts on the South and West Sides united local contractors, job-training partners, and longtime neighborhood residents to restore homes, enhance public spaces, and create opportunities for small businesses. About Us
We are a husband-and-wife team who began our journey as real estate investors. With backgrounds in engineering and business finance, real estate investing is a natural fit. Throughout our experience, we encountered recurring challenges with contractors, many of whom overcharged or delivered subpar work.
Frustrated by the lack of reliable contractors, we decided to take matters into our own hands, becoming the contractors we wished to find. This determination led to the creation of Nia Ujima Development. At Nia Ujima, we stand firmly by our mission: to deliver world-class real estate services and industry-leading expertise.
